Analytics Manager

Job Description

• Understand business needs and objectives
• 2. Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
• 3. Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources
• 4. Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
• 5. Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
• 6. Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, customer feedback)
• 7. Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
• 8. Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
• 9. Leverage data to analyze the business unit function, identify the business drivers and recommend strategy and future course of actions
• 10. Manage end to end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design and business recommendation. To develop solution framework - Identify statistical techniques, implementation mechanism, tracking campaigns and pilots
• 11. Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirement, create predictive variables and co-ordinate model implementation with other business partners, and create experimental designs to understand drivers of business performance
• 12. Should have domain expertise in the IT domain to shape the solution framework and developing business strategies to drive incremental value to the business
• 13. Should have expertise in advanced statistical techniques to validate the model outcomes and align it with the business needs and implementation plan
• 14. Shape the Digital and Mobile analytics strategy to identify future growth opportunities
• 15. Keep abreast of industry news and trends
