• AssociateAs an experienced Software Engineer your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level forecasting solutions that help business run better. Your deep knowledge of design analytics development coding testing and application programming will help the team raise their game meeting high standards and satisfying both business and functional requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems across all lines of businesses (LOBs) of the firm. And youll be able to harness our massive brainpower through our global network of technologists from around the world.QualificationsThis role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities including:Hands-on expertise in application engineering and development using technologies like:Proficiency in Java J2ee and Spring frameworkKnowledge on Messaging framework and RDBMS is plus.UI Technology such as ReactJs or ExtJS is a plus (but not mandatory)Strong knowledge of architecture design and business processes/methodologies (we follow Agile).Ability to work collaboratively with business partners and geographically diverse teams to achieve common goals.People management and Financial knowledge on any domain (esp. forecasting) is an plus (but not mandatory).The Integrated Credit Risk Desktop (ICRD) brings together all credit risk data and credit risk functions in a single easy to use tool presenting them in an intuitive way making data readily available for decision makers at every level of the organization. Credit extension and approvals credit exposure management limit breaches overdrafts and other credit risk functions are all managed in iCRD which is replacing a multitude of legacy applications.
