Java UI Manager - Spring/javascript

Job Description

• Experience : 9 - 12 Years, , Java - UI Manager, , - Development manager will be responsible for delivery from the dev organisation and owns complete responsibility of ensuring deliverables are of high quality, delivered as per the schedule and guardian of code quality. Manage both back end and UI team, , Major responsibilities :, , - Delivery with optimum quality, , - Have scalable architecture keeping in mind the future needs, , - Collaborate with various teams across site and with stakeholders to update the progress on release planning, raise an alarm upfront whenever necessary to ensure smooth delivery for customers
• , - Owning the responsibility and being accountable for the Dev deliverables
• , - Understanding customer's requirement and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces
• , - Present high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review / iteration / approval
• , - Translates designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance, , - Write handlers in an MVC framework (Spring) and the corresponding business logic leveraging the usual Java libraries. , Relevant job experience :,Experience : 9-12 years,Skill Set :,- An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/ MS- Computer Science preferred
• - 9-12 years of relevant experience with the following skills ,- Proven experience in driving architecture, design and development of distributed systems focusing on high scalability, availability and extensibility,- Worked across the product development SDLC, having experience on both Waterfall and Agile,- Programming experience, the ability to write complex scripts, and experience with a variety of browsers is also a plus
• - Sound knowledge & Work Experience on HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX and clear concepts of OOP (Object Oriented Programming),- Highly skilled at front-end engineering using JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and frameworks like jQuery and Angular,- Sound knowledge and Working experience on Java, JSP, Servlets,- Good knowledge and Working experience on Spring framework,- Very strong experience on UI & Java Standards & Guidelines & Process,- Strong analytical & problem solving skills,- Good communication & Leadership skills,Requirement :,- Own end to end delivery of a specific project within the Digital services organisation and drive quality delivery
• - Work closely with Customers, be SPOC for the team in Bangalore, responsible for commitments made by Bangalore team
• - Ensure on-time delivery with high quality and UAT sign-off and Production milestones for the releases are adhered to
• - Manage a team of leads and developers
• - Improves, optimizes, and identifies opportunities for improved software development processes
• - Manages a functional domain of the technology platform and builds solutions with Leadership and business to align with strategy
• - Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• - Provides supervision, mentoring and development opportunities for associates,- Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver high quality features.
